1. Free trial
If a free trial is available, you can explore the product during the trial period. You may cancel anytime during the trial.
2. Paid subscriptions (plans)
When you purchase a plan, you are paying for access to the SaaS platform for the plan term shown on the pricing section (for example, yearly access).
3. Cancellations
- You can request cancellation of renewal at any time before the next renewal date.
- After cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current paid term (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
4. Refunds
- If you believe you were charged in error (duplicate payment, wrong amount, or an unintended charge), contact support with payment details.
- Approved refunds (if any) are processed back to the original payment method as per the payment provider’s timelines.
5. How to request a refund or cancellation
Send us your registered email/phone number, store name (if created), payment reference, and the reason for the request.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this page from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date.
